Russian Translations

From time to time in my writingk life I have translated Russian poetry, notably Pushkin and Akhmatova. It's like serving in the workshop of a great master. It's also a bit like an act of love. Recently (2010) I spent several months, delightfully, with Pushkin again, translating his great 'free novel' in verse, 'ONEGIN'. It's due out spring 2011.
